COSMETIC DENTISTRY:
Cosmetic Dentistry

Your smile is the first impression that others have of you, so it makes sense that you would want it to be bright, white and healthy. Perhaps that is why so many patients are electing cosmetic dental procedures to improve their smiles and boost self-confidence.

BONDING COMPOSITES:

Bonding is the application of a tooth-colored composite resin to repair a decayed, chipped, fractured or discolored tooth. Unlike veneers, which are manufactured in a laboratory and require a customized mold to achieve a proper fit, bonding can be done in a single visit. The procedure is called bonding because the material bonds to the tooth.

TEETH WHITENING:

Teeth whitening procedures are used to brighten the appearance of a patient’s smile sometimes by as many as 5 to 10 shades in a single session. Shade improvement will always vary and never guaranteed.  Whitening procedures have become some of the most popular esthetic dental treatments among patients. Professional teeth whitening services can be performed in office or taken home. In comparison to over-the-counter teeth whitening treatments, professional whitening uses stronger whitening agents that deliver faster and more effective results.  We advise a thorough dental check-up and cleaning before you begin any teeth whitening procedure.

VENEERS:

Veneers are very thin shells that are attached to the front part of teeth. They are often made of porcelain or composite resin. Porcelain veneers are stronger than composite veneers and do not change colour or stain. Generally, porcelain veneers take at least 2 dental visits to apply and composite resin veneers can be done in 1 visit. It's important to note that porcelain veneers generally last longer than composite resin veneers.
